Your leads will be pre-screened to determine whether or not they have been pre-qualified for a mortgage, what their time period is for purchasing a home, what price range they are looking at, and whether they are already working with an agent.
Once a lead is qualified, we’ll give you a call and let you know we have a lead ready to be transferred to you. If you’re not available, that’s fine too. We’ll ask your lead if there is a good time for you to call them back and let them leave a message for you. You’ll receive an email in minutes letting you know your lead has been contacted! The email will include your lead’s answers to the pre-screen questions. The information we gather on the pre-screen call will also be saved in your Homes.com Lead and Contact manager for easy reference.
