Important Updates to Your Current Service

A lot has changed with Homes.com Social over the past few months, including some aspects of your social media offering with us you may not have noticed. We revolutionized our content strategy and now offer regional content to help you better connect with your customers and identify with their needs. We also introduced “merge fields” which places your contact information such as phone number, email, and website into individual pieces of content we publish. These changes help drive engagement and give potential clients an easy way to reach out to you!

 Your exclusive Social Fuel newsletter was  “updated”, covering only the most pertinent social media trends and helping you apply them to the real estate industry with easy step by steps guides, in-depth analysis, and video tutorials!

We constantly evaluate the most current social trends and engagement from consumers across social channels to help us focus your branding. As a result of our evaluation, we have decided to update some of the tactics we use to increase your social media presence. Starting August 15th, 2016, your current social program will be updated to include the following:

  • New features added to your Reputation Manager. Now you can manage and solicit online reviews on multiple websites all from your Homes.com social dashboard. Online reviews are the new “word of mouth” for the real estate industry, and this feature will help you build a strong online review database across major sites such as Google, Yelp, and others. Look for this exciting feature to be added by mid-August!
  • Facebook and Twitter will change to three weekly posts, rather than daily, to encourage higher engagement per post with more localized content.  
  • Posts to Google+ and Pinterest accounts will discontinue as consumers looking to buy or sell typically do not use these channels.  Your accounts, however, will remain active and not be deleted in case you wish to post independently.
  • The Facebook “Like Us” monthly sweepstakes will end as it has not proven effective at growing page engagement and audience growth.

These changes will go live on August 15, 2016.

The Website Ads build upon the good work that Like Ads do, and help take that audience a step further into the sales funnel! Once we’ve hooked them and got them to like your page, we will deliver Facebook Ads designed to get audience and non-audience members to click-thru to your website! “Promoted Posts” are special pieces of content with ad money behind them, designed to get more views and interaction than normal, organic content. This piece of content is designed to help connect and interact with more people and will showcase your expertise in the real estate industry!

LinkedIn Account Management

LinkedIn is a unique network that is primed for harvesting leads, especially with the upcoming launch of ProFinder! We will offer content that is network unique and designed to receive maximum engagement on LinkedIn, as well as creation of the actual account. Content that performs well on LinkedIn is vastly different than what the audiences of Facebook and Twitter demand. LinkedIn is a network for professionals, by professionals, and we will deliver just that! Potential clients that connect with you on LinkedIn are interested in the market analysis, your designations, mortgage news, and how you can help them buy or sell. Content on LinkedIn is often more technical and informative, and only the most pertinent information should be shared; we will post only the most relevant content designed to help you best captivate this professional audience!
