In a 2013 study, Dimensional Research found that 90% of buyers were influenced by positive reviews of businesses that they read online. The problem, of course, is that happy consumers are far less likely to take the time to leave you a review than an unhappy consumer. The endorsement tool makes it easy for those satisfied clients to give you the glowing reviews you desire.  Plus, it’s easy for you, too!

  1. Login to your MyHomes account.

  2. Select ‘Endorsements’ from the Tools section.

  3. Enter the name and email address of your client.

  4. Select “Add Another” to send to multiple contacts or select ‘Send Request’.

At that point, your contact(s) will receive an email with easy-to-follow instructions and a link where they can enter their comments. Once they submit their comments, you will receive an email notification to approve the endorsement before it is published and appears on your MyHomes Profile and Homes Connect Website.

But don’t stop there. After you have a few enthusiastic endorsements you can leverage them even further by adding them to your marketing materials such as flyers and listing presentations and share them on your social networks.
