REAL Trends conducted their 2013 Online Performance Study which included findings from their quest for “the holy grail of quantity, value, and the true source” of real estate leads. Let’s just say that it’s a great time to be partnered with because the study concluded that the “clear front runner in quality was followed by Zillow” and other real estate sites.

Data from 50,000 of the most common lead sources were analyzed by an independent call center to determine the validity of leads in terms of real contact information and genuine interest in obtaining more information from a real estate agent.  One hundred percent of  the leads generated by all contained real phone numbers. Of those, 38 percent were genuine, serious inquiries that were vetted and assigned to agents.
