REAL Trends conducted their 2013 Online Performance Study which included findings from their quest for “the holy grail of quantity, value, and the true source” of real estate leads. Data from 50,000 of the most common lead sources were analyzed by an independent call center to determine the validity of leads in terms of real contact information and genuine interest in obtaining more information from a real estate agent. One hundred percent of the leads generated by Homes.com all contained real phone numbers. Of those, 38 percent were genuine, serious inquiries that were vetted and assigned to agents.
