One way to find new leads is to host a limited-time or seasonal seminar. It’s also a great excuse to start building a relationship with local HOAs by offering to partner with them on the seminar. Start by securing a location and then invite a HOA leader, contractor, insurer, and/or mortgage lender who could give insight into the home buying or selling process to come and speak at your seminar.
The end of the year is a big time for giving. Consider organizing a food or coat drive in your community. Recruit volunteers to help you and have donors bring their contributions to your office.
