First and foremost, I hope this email finds you healthy and safe. I’m sure you, like me, are working from a home office, and adjusting to running your team and organization remotely. Clearly, this is our new normal, but thankfully it is only temporary.

Our team at Homes.com is operating at normal capacity, although mostly from different surroundings. Our four office locations in Norfolk, Tallahassee, Boca Raton, and San Diego have each transitioned to remote operations, with all but a small percentage of essential office personnel working remotely.

Now more than ever, home buyers and sellers are turning to digital platforms like Homes.com to connect with real estate professionals. I am happy to report that our mission to promote your brokers, agents, and listings to buyers and sellers on Homes.com has continued without interruption. The critical data provided by our MLS Partners is being processed and updated at normal frequencies, and the lead inquiries generated on Homes.com continue to flow directly to your brokers and agents.

Our current efforts are focused on helping our customers adjust to new social norms. We are emphasizing virtual features on Homes.com that allow agents to safely market their listings and work remotely with clients. Our training team has expanded the frequency of live online training classes, while retooling topics to focus on subject matter relevant to current market conditions — like virtual tours, video creation, and video communication.
