Each of your Local SEO Pages covers the demographics, weather, places of worship, and schools in your designated coverage areas. For a reminder on how to add or update your coverage areas, click here.

You can add your own text to the Local SEO Pages through your page manager’s WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor.

Your Local SEO Pages also include a Featured Search module that buyers can use to search for homes in the area and an Open House section where open houses you’re hosting in the area will be displayed. If you don’t have any open houses scheduled, we’ll hide that section to keep your website looking clean.

The pages will automatically be added to your website’s footer if you have one of the mobile-friendly Fusion designs activated. If your Homes.com website isn’t mobile friendly, however, you’re using a Classic design theme. You’ll need to switch to a Fusion design to use the free Local SEO Pages. Don’t worry, though. Fusion design themes are free with your website subscription and include several features to maximize your website’s SEO results.
