Real estate is always evolving, and to better serve the agents and brokerages who work with us, Homes.com is making some exciting changes as well! These updates will provide a better, more collaborative experience for real estate professionals and the buyers and sellers they work with. Discover the exciting changes on Homes.com below!
We have removed all display advertising from Homes.com, so that consumers aren’t distracted from their search to find properties and can more easily connect with real estate professionals. Finding a real estate agent on Homes.com is also easier with the “Find Agent” directory now prominently emphasized on the home page.
When searching for homes, property search results are now displayed in a map format with listing cards so buyers can hone in on the areas that interest them the most. We’ve also updated the listing cards to emphasize the listing agent and brokerage firm.
Searching for homes online is better with photos, and now, people performing a search on Homes.com will be met with larger, high definition listing photography with enhanced photo quality. The property features have also been reorganized to promote an easier reading experience so that buyers can easily determine if they would like to request a showing for that property.
The listing agent is a consumer’s best source of information about listings they’re interested in, so we’ve rearranged some features on the listing details page to bring the listing agent and brokerage above the fold for both desktop and mobile browsers. This change makes it easier for consumers to contact the listing agent for information about a property.
These improvements mark the first of many planned for Homes.com as we continue to build the best online home buying experience possible for agents, buyers, and sellers. If you have any questions about these changes, please contact our customer service team at support@Homes.com.
