Next week, October 1-5, is National Customer Service Week and Homes.com will be celebrating! Throughout the year, it is our number one priority to make sure our clients are served in the best way possible. Back in 1992, Congress declared Customer Service Week as a nationally recognized event to honor the people who serve and support customers “with the highest degree of care and professionalism”. This year’s Customer Service Week theme is Be The One, so the entire week we will not only be pushing ourselves to be the ONE to heed all of your needs, but we will also be posting a Be The One Tip on our blog each day to help YOU be the one to your clients as well! Lastly, we’ll be celebrating in our office by closing early at 1PM Eastern time on Friday, October 5th.
