There are a lot of elements that must be in place for your real estate website to generate leads. Your SEO needs to be on point. Your site should be easy to use, but above all else, you need to have the right content.

Neighborhood Information

Most buyers and sellers won’t have a problem finding websites to search for their next home or their current home’s value, but they will likely need help finding information about particular neighborhoods. Create neighborhood pages outlining annual neighborhood events, the type of houses, testimonials from current residents, etc.

No real estate website is complete without listings! If possible, make sure you have an IDX feed so that all of your MLS’s listings are integrated with your website. If your MLS doesn’t allow this, see if they offer other solutions to display listings on your real estate website.

  • How responsive are you?
  • What can they expect from you?
  • How much experience do you have?
  • Do you have any specialties or niches?
